What is included in your international tour packages?

All our packages are all-inclusive, covering:

  • Return airfare (with 7kg hand baggage)
  • Hotel accommodation (3★ or 4★, as per the package)
  • Daily breakfast
  • Lunch & Dinner (as per the package)
  • Airport transfers and daily sightseeing transport
  • Entry tickets to listed attractions
  • Group support and basic guidance

Please refer to each itinerary for specific inclusions.

Yes, we provide full support in applying for tourist visas and guiding you through passport documentation. However, visa approval is subject to the discretion of the respective consulates.

Our standard payment structure is:

  • Full Flight fare to confirm the booking
  • 50% of the remaining package amount at confirmation
  • Remaining 50% to be paid 15 days before departure

Please note: All packages are non-refundable.

Every passenger must carry:

  • A valid passport with at least 6 months validity and 2 blank pages
  • Visa approval letter (which we assist with)
  • Flight tickets, hotel vouchers (provided by us)

Yes, airport transfers (pickup and drop) are included in all our packages.
Waiting time is limited to 60 minutes from flight landing. Delays beyond that may be treated as a no-show.

The airfare in most of our group packages includes 7kg hand baggage only. If you wish to add checked baggage, please inform our team during booking. Extra baggage costs are chargeable.

Our international packages include daily breakfast. Lunch and dinner at selected restaurants or hotel partners. (*Only in the premium package). Vegetarian options are always available. 

Basic local coordination is provided, but a dedicated tour guide is not included unless mentioned in the package. You will receive a detailed itinerary with timings and contact support throughout the trip.

We provide a grace period (e.g., 10 minutes for group activities).
However, if you miss the pickup or activity due to personal delay, it will be treated as a no-show, and no refund will be provided for the missed service.

All tours and sightseeing are subject to weather, road, or local authority conditions. In rare cases, we may modify or cancel the order of activities to ensure the best experience.

No hidden charges. However, some exclusions you should be aware of:

  • Tourism tax or hotel deposits (paid directly at the hotel)
  • Lunch and Dinner
  • Travel insurance
  • Extra baggage fees
  • Beverages, laundry or personal expenses
  • Services not mentioned in the inclusions
